Exchange Policy for Items of Proper Quality

You have the right to exchange an item purchased on our website within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

• the item has not been used and shows no signs of wear (scratches, chips, scuffs, software modifications, etc.);

• the item has retained its original appearance;

• the item is fully complete, with all tags, films, and factory labeling intact.

Exchange Procedure for Items of Proper Quality:

2. Send the item to us via Nova Poshta courier service.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions, we will send you a replacement item within three working days.

We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping, but in rare cases defects may occur. If you receive a defective item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.
