  2. You receive an invoice from our Ukrainian entity.

  3. We ship your order via Nova Poshta with all necessary documents (invoice included).

  4. You receive the parcel and pay customs duties and brokerage fees based on your country’s regulations.
    (Example: for Poland – 19% VAT and 12% duty based on the order value.)

📌 Option 2 — Order through our Polish company

  1. We process your order through our Polish entity (yes, we also produce in Wrocław).

  2. You receive an official invoice (faktura) from our Polish company.

  3. We ship the order from Poland (Wrocław) using a carrier of your choice.

  4. No customs duties within the EU — seamless and tax-free across Europe.
