❓ I received the wrong size. Can I exchange the item?

Please note that sizing charts may vary between different brands. For example, if you wear an XL shirt from one brand, it doesn’t guarantee the same size will fit you in a T-shirt or hoodie from our collection.

📌 Custom-made items (T-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, or any items with personalized prints such as names, initials, numbers, dates, or logos) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable in accordance with Article 13, Part 5, Clause 3 of the Consumer Protection Law, as these products are created specifically for you.

We recommend checking our size chart carefully before placing your order, or contacting our manager for assistance in choosing the right size.

❗ Found a defect? Can I get a refund or exchange?

Absolutely! If the item has any manufacturing defect, we offer either a replacement or a full refund. Here’s what to do:

  1. Fill out the return form and attach a photo of the defective product along with a description of the issue.

  2. Our manager will contact you as soon as possible to help resolve the situation.

📦 Item damaged during delivery?

Unfortunately, damage can occasionally occur during shipping. If this happens:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item.

  2. Fill out the return form and attach the images and a description of the problem.

  3. Our team will review the case and send you a new product at no additional cost, including free shipping.

📐 How to choose the correct size?

There are two ways to determine your size:

1. Most accurate method:
Lay out a well-fitting item (e.g., T-shirt, hoodie, pants, or shirt) on a flat surface. Measure the width and length, then compare the measurements with our size chart to find your best fit.

2. If you can’t measure:
If you're ordering a gift or uniforms for a team and can’t take measurements, provide the person’s height and weight when placing the order. Our manager will help select the right size based on those details.
